Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
Develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build
Lead and implement manufacturing plans
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements
Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions
Resolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule
Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts
Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems
Implement lean principles and technologies
Qualifications
B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering or relevant field.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Experience with safety critical systems.
Experience with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, ProE).
Experience with tool design, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning.
Experience with work order, configuration management, and ERP.
Experience maturing products and processes from development to production.
Experience working in a product design or manufacturing environment.
Ability to apply organizational and analytical skillsets to complex projects.
Ability to work with teams in-person and virtually, and communicate clearly and appropriately to all parts of a company.
PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities
Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact
Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
Developing and managing relationships with internal teams
Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables
Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices
Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI’s on a regular basis
Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide assistance to manufacturing operations by leading the troubleshooting of issues, identifying and resolving root causes, and developing and implementing test processes as appropriate and analyze and recommend formal corrective actions to production or product design improvements
Lead and coach production personnel on process, equipment, and analysis to problem solve for continuous improvement
Carry out formal and timely manufacturability (DFM/DFT) review on all new products
Lead manufacturing in setting up lines and cells to build new and existing products using modern 'lean' manufacturing practices
Coordinate with Product Engineering to assure that all Engineering models/drawings and specifications are adequate to accurately define all manufacturing and quality requirements to produce a product that meets design requirements
Coordinate with engineering on all functional test requirements of existing and new products. Assure that customers receive a product that meets all the quality and reliability standards
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Supervisors and work center to monitor key Production Processes
